ORDERING INFORMATION

Your payment information is collected using SSL secure technology and is not stored on our servers.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex for your purchase via PayPal.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped or billed to a California address will have 8.75% state sales tax added to their total purchase.

Item Availability

Our items are made to order from multiple components. In the rare instance that the materials required to make the item you ordered are no longer in stock, you will be notified via email and given the opportunity to choose another item or to cancel your order.

Product Variation

The product images on our site are representative and are not necessarily photographs of the actual product you will receive. Due to the handmade nature of our items, some variations will occur. Differences in computer monitor settings may also affect the color and brightness of our items on your screen.

Additionally, the leather images on our site are representative. While we make every effort to be sure that the image we use is a fair representation of our items, due to the differences in computer monitor screens, we cannot guarantee that the color of your item will match the color on your screen.

Since many of our items are made with hand printed leather, the placement of the pattern will vary in each item.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Unless otherwise noted, all items are made to order. Your order will be specially handmade for you within 15 business days. If our current order volume allows, we will ship your order sooner. Occasionally we experience a higher order volume than usual and may require longer processing times.

All orders are processed in the order they are received. If you're requesting immediate shipping, please contact us and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that the order processing time is in addition to shipment time. Priority mail reaches most US destinations within 2-3 business days in most cases.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Domestic Shipping

All orders are sent via FedEx and/or United States Postal Service (USPS). Insurance is available for orders at checkout. We are not responsible for your order once it enters the FedEx and/or USPS system. If you have concerns about the safe arrival of your package, we strongly suggest that you purchase insurance.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via FedEx International and/or United States Postal Service (USPS). To find out if we will ship to your country, please use the drop-down menu at checkout, or contact us. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Delivery Confirmation or insurance to international orders, and cannot be responsible for packages once they enter the FedEx International and/or the USPS system. Please note that our customs declarations will be marked appropriately as retail merchandise and that you are responsible for any additional delivery fees that may be assessed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide store credit (minus shipping costs and a 30% re-stocking fee) for items returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us. The item(s) must be appropriately packaged to avoid damage in transit. Returned items that are not properly packaged and/or labeled will be refused.

*Please Note: Unless an item is defective, we cannot provide return or exchange service for custom orders.

Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please follow the return procedure outlined above. You may choose to have the item replaced, a full refund (minus shipping charges), or a store credit in the full value of the item. In order to process a refund we must be able to determine that the item was actually defective and was not damaged by unusually rough handling after it was received. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight inconsistencies are to be expected. Unless the inconsistencies negatively affect the function of an item, returns will not be allowed.

Please note that the 30 day time limit also applies to defective items.

Refused & Unclaimed Packages

If you are unavailable at the time the mail carrier attempts delivery, you are responsible for rescheduling the delivery.

If you do not claim your package or refuse it and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for reshipping charges.

If a refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable package is no longer wanted, a 20% restocking fee will apply and store credit in the amount of the balance less shipping charges and fees will be issued.
